Remembering women's health
A live, in-person workshop for women who sense there's more wisdom inside them, and are ready to stop carrying what was never theirs.

The art of listening to yourself
You've already tried to figure this out alone. The podcasts. The supplements. The doctors who shrugged. The late nights googling symptoms, wondering if it's in your head.
None of it gave you what you actually needed: someone to say "I see you. You're not crazy. Your body has been trying to tell you something, and some of what you're carrying was never yours to begin with."
Over three hours together, you'll move through story, reflection, honest conversation, and embodied practice, guided by someone who has lived this herself.
This is not a lecture. It is a lived experience. A circle of women, in a room together, finally setting the weight down.
What you'll remember
Not theory. Practices and tools you'll keep using long after May 30th.
The Nervous System
Your body isn't overreacting. It learned to survive. Fear, people-pleasing, exhaustion, hypervigilance, these are not character flaws. They are wiring, shaped by everything you've lived and everything you inherited. And wiring can change. This is where we begin.
Boundaries
Not walls. Not punishments. Not the cold, hard thing you've been told to build. Boundaries as the most honest act of love you can give yourself. You'll look at where you've been saying yes when you mean no, and what that has cost you. And you'll begin, gently, to choose differently.
Connecting with the Self
There are two voices. The one that speaks from fear: urgent, critical, never enough. And the one that actually knows you: steady, honest, yours. This part is about learning to tell them apart. About choosing your own side, maybe for the first time. About following the inner wisdom that has been speaking all along, even when you couldn't hear it.
Support
Most of us were taught to give and give and feel guilty for receiving. To hold everyone else up while quietly falling apart. This is the quietest part, and often the most powerful. Allowing life, community, nature, and rest to actually hold you. Practicing, perhaps for the first time, what it feels like to be cared for without having to earn it.
Paola Castro
Life Coach ยท Spiritual Practitioner ยท Mind Shifting Practitioner ยท TEDx Speaker
For over a decade, I've guided thousands of people to reconnect with themselves, reclaim their peace, and live with courageous clarity. My work weaves transformational life coaching, HeartMath techniques, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practice. Real transformation doesn't happen in just one of those places. It happens when they meet.
But I don't teach this from theory.
The last eight years of my life have been a humbling. My health changed. My body changed. The persona that had carried me to a certain place, driven, capable, sure of herself, was no longer the one I needed for what came next.
I had to learn how to come back to myself. How to be on my own side. How to advocate for me. How to listen, instead of overriding. How to let the old version of me go, even when she had served me well, so the next one could arrive. I had to learn that so much of what I was carrying was never mine to begin with.
That's the work I walk you through in this room. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I've lived what it takes to begin.
Women I've walked with
Paola was instrumental in helping me integrate all aspects of my life and access a deeper self-awareness, a higher consciousness, and more love. She has an extraordinary wisdom that feels like a healing balm for the soul.
Paola has such a peaceful, nurturing presence. She has a way of guiding you to your heart space so quickly. That's where the transformation happens โ and her guidance gets you there effortlessly.
After attending Paola's class, I noticed changes in my way of thinking โ and in my breathing. She has an amazing way of engaging the entire class. Paola has such a beautiful spirit, and it shines in every class she teaches.
Everything you need to come home to yourself
The workshop is the heart of it. The materials and bonuses are there to walk with you โ so the practice doesn't end when you leave the room.

A circle of women You're not doing this alone. The room itself is part of the medicine. The women around you, that is what it feels like to be held..
You don't need to have done years of inner work to be here. You don't need to know what you're "supposed to" feel. You only need to be a woman who senses there's more wisdom inside her, and is willing to listen for it. Everything else, we'll do together.
Every woman who joins this workshop also gets early access and 10% off the next live edition in 2026, because this work is meant to keep going.
Your place at the circle
Spots are limited. Reserve early to secure your place.
The wisdom you're searching for has always been inside you.
May 30th is an invitation to remember. To stop outsourcing what you already hold. To set down what was never yours. To come home, to your body, to your knowing, to yourself.
I want to be there
